Foundation Fostering
Small enough to know you, strong enough to support you.
Fostering, the way it should feel
From day one, you’re part of a close family unit with therapeutic training and real people who know your story, not just your file number.
What Makes Us Different
Family First. Always.
Bigger agencies measure success in placements filled. We measure it in relationships that last.
Small, Close-Knit Team – We deliberately stay small enough that every carer and child is known by name, not by number. You’ll always speak to someone who already knows your story.
Real Therapeutic Training – Our approach is rooted in genuine therapeutic understanding — not a tickbox module. Every carer is trained to support children through trauma with real, practical tools.
Ongoing Support, Not Just Onboarding – Support doesn’t stop after your first placement. We’re on the phone, at your door, and in your corner for as long as you’re fostering with us.
• A dedicated therapeutic team available 24/7
• Matching that considers the whole family, not just a checklist

Hear directly from our carers about the difference a genuinely personal, therapeutic approach makes — for them, and for the children in their care.
Thinking About Fostering? Here’s What You Need to Know
Am I eligible? You don’t need to own your home, be married, or have prior experience. What matters most is a spare room, time, and patience.
What support will I actually get? Every carer is paired with a dedicated supervising social worker and has access to our therapeutic support team — not just during office hours, but when you need it most. That’s 24/7, monthly check-ins, therapy access, peer support groups, and more.
How much could I earn? Foster carers with us receive an allowance depending on the child’s needs and your experience. We’ll walk you through exact figures for your situation in your first conversation — no vague promises. Fostering is a career, and you will receive ample support for the child and yourself.
What happens after I enquire? It’s simple: a friendly, no-obligation phone call first — not a formal assessment. From there, we guide you through training and approval step by step, so nothing feels rushed or overwhelming.
